St John & St Elizabeth Hospital approached DRPG looking to create a YouTube series that would showcase their leading consultants in a more personal and accessible way. I wrote and pitched the concept for Behind the Mask, a series designed to reveal the people behind the profession.

Each consultant featured in two episodes. The first explored their personal journey into medicine, while the second focused on a procedure they regularly performed, breaking down complex medical processes into simple, easy-to-understand language.

I directed and produced the series, which featured eight consultants, overseeing every stage of production. This included conducting four studio interviews per day across a wide range of specialisms, from spinal surgery to bowel cancer, as well as coordinating crew and studio bookings, directing b-roll shoots, directing the edits and managing final delivery to client.
