The Star Brisbane is one of the city’s largest hotels, and during NRL Magic Round it transformed into Fan Land: a free outdoor sports hub showing every game live. Our content helped to promote the event across socials to increase footfall.
Responsibilities included:
Content delivery
Crew sourcing and directing
Equipment sourcing
Liaising with event team
On shoot client contact
Sourcing last minute drone operators and onsite editor
Travel logistics for crew and equipment
Across four days, we captured more than 11,000 images, filmed over six hours of content and produced two event hype reels. Attendees steadily increased across the event, until the last night when there wasn’t any spare seats.
